Can you clean between guests on the same day?

Send your dates and the time between check-out and check-in. We’ll confirm whether we can fit the agreed clean into that window before you book. Availability isn’t guaranteed.

Can we use our own property checklist?

Yes—send it with your enquiry. We’ll agree which cleaning tasks we can cover. Linen and laundry aren’t included. Please discuss restocking or any other non-cleaning requests separately rather than assuming they’re included.

How much does a changeover clean cost?

It depends on the property, its condition and the agreed tasks. Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, your dates and how often you need a clean. We’ll confirm the price before you book.
